Wheelchair Friendly Day Boat Hire

Minimum suggested hire time – 3 hours

There’s no need for wheelchair users to miss out on the beauty of the Norfolk Broads, with our wheelchair friendly day boat. See the Broads from the water, enjoy the unique views and be part of the natural surroundings for half a day or even a full day.

We have one standard day boat, fitted with a wheelchair lift measuring 94cm x 80cm and suitable for a maximum lift of 350kg. Available for a suggested minimum of 3 hours. Suggested hire times 10am – 1pm or 2pm – 5pm. Extra assistance is available. Please note that the maximum number of passengers on this boat is 5.

For safety, we require that at least two adults are on board who are able to operate the boat (at our discretion, this may be one adult accompanied by a child aged 14 or over).

Pre-booking is required and pets are welcome on our Wheelchair Friendly Day Boat. Please note that we do not provide life jackets for pets.

Please note, we reserve the right to request a security deposit from certain parties when you hire our day boats.
